Mango Escape. I was inspired by the flavors and laid back vibe of the tropics.

I look for natural ingredients and if possible local farms in the Hudson Valley.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT OR BAR, WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND IT, AND WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE CAN A VISITOR EXPECT?
The Restaurant at Rowayton Seafood in Rowayton Ct. Any day is fine. Expect a classic New England seaside vibe with a view. Fresh off the dock seafood coupled with innovative cocktails make this one of my very favorite places. The Polynesian in New York City for its classic Polynesian vibe and outstanding Tiki cocktails using only the finest ingredients.
